ServLine Program Information
The City of Oakland offers water loss coverage through the ServLine program by providing residential customers the opportunity to add line repair and replacement coverage to their City utility bill. Three coverage options are available: Water Loss Protection $1.30/month, Water Line Protection $5.00/month, and Sewer Line Protection $6.50/month. Residentail accounts were automatically enrolled in the Water Loss Protection program beginning July 1, 2016. For more information or to decline Water Loss Protection, please contact 855-883-0442.
